At L’Oréal, I led digital work across flagship brands like YSL and Giorgio Armani—blending beauty, tech, and ecommerce to craft experiences that felt bespoke and bold. From AI-driven shade matching to immersive product finders, the goal was simple: give people the confidence to choose, without second guessing. These tools reinforced brand loyalty and signaled that personalization was the new standard in luxury beauty.

At L’Oréal, I led digital work across flagship brands like YSL and Giorgio Armani—blending beauty, tech, and ecommerce to craft experiences that felt bespoke and bold. From AI-driven shade matching to immersive product finders, the goal was simple: give people the confidence to choose, without second guessing. These tools reinforced brand loyalty and signaled that personalization was the new standard in luxury beauty.

Smart tools meet emotional decisions

For YSL Beauty, we built an intuitive Lipstick Finder—guiding users through tones, undertones, and finish preferences to find their perfect match. With Armani, we focused on a Foundation Finder that paired complexion analysis with tone‑accurate visuals to reduce purchase friction. Both tools helped customers get the right product the first time, a major leap in trust for online beauty.

We balanced art direction with algorithmic logic. That meant obsessing over UX details: subtle motion, graceful transitions, and responsive layouts that felt luxurious on every screen.
